DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS THAT ARE PLACED DURING OUR SALE PERIOD, UNFORTUNATELY YOUR DELIVERY MAY TAKE SLIGHTLY LONGER THAN USUAL. WE ARE BUSY WORKING TO GET YOUR ORDER OUT TO YOU AS SOON AS WE CAN.

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 FREE DELIVERY TO STORE WITH CLICK & COLLECT

Delivery hours are between 9am-8pm, Monday-Sunday.

Click and Collect to get your order delivered free to your local store. There's no need to wait at home all day for delivery.

Order online today and your order will be ready and waiting in your chosen Matalan store within 2-3 working days Once your click and collect order has arrived at your store we will send you a confirmation email and text message once your order is ready to collect.

Due to the high volume of orders that are placed during our sale period, unfortunately your delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We are busy working to get your order out to you as soon as we can.

If you have not collected your order after 10 days, we'll send you a reminder, and again after 28 days. If we get to 29 days we will refund your money and return the order.

Please note, if you are using our click & collect service for the below stores, it may take a little longer for the store to receive your order. Orders should be with these stores within 4 working days of placing your order.
